Caoa Chery presents the new Tiggo 8 Pro: more powerful than the Tiguan
The company Caoa Chery has just presented the new Tiggo 8 Pro that comes more powerful than the Volkswagen Tiguan.
This new car from CAOA is the long-awaited Tiggo 8 Pro, a car that comes to compete with the VW Tiguan 2023 R-Line.
This is the third generation of the model, made by the company for the Chinese market. We still don't know, but it looks like it's the same one that will arrive in Brazil.
Here in Brazil, you already have Tiggo 8 in its simplest version. Now comes this one to come out in the hybrid version and in this new Pro version that are launching.
Therefore the two versions of Tiggo Plus and Pro are being quoted to be sold in the Brazilian market.
Finally, two luxury cars from CAOA, which will come with two engines for the customer to choose from.
The engine will be the same 1.6 turbo with 197 hp with great performance and full of technology. And also the option of an incredibly powerful 2.0 turbo engine.

The Plus and Pro versions will come with a 254 hp 2.0-liter turbo engine and 40.6 kgfm of torque.
With some tests done, this new Tiggo 8 Pro, was ahead of the Volkswagen Tiguan in some aspects. And the main thing was the 34 hp more power than the R-Line line.
Therefore, both models will have a seven-speed transmission. But only in the Pro version that the model will come out with four-wheel drive.
