New Hyundai Santa Cruz 2023 has leaked images before the official launch
Exclusive images of the new Hyundai Santa Cruz 2023 leaked even before the official launch.
Anyway, after a few years, to the surprise of many, the Korean automaker will debut in the pickup truck market.
After years of project development, the long-awaited Hyundai Santa Cruz 2023 arrives on the market next year. Therefore, it will be a pickup truck that will reach the market with its differentials, bringing an innovative design compared to its direct competitors.
So speaking of rivalry between pickup trucks, the main competitor outside Brazil will certainly be the Honda Ridgeling, they are the most similar to each other. So here in Brazil it will compete directly with Fiat Toro.
We know that the Hyndai Santa Cruz will come as a monoblock pickup. In crossover style, it will also feature one of the most beautiful cabins in its class, complete with high-tech features.
It will also have two engine options, with an optional turbo-4 that guarantees commendable performance.
The biggest appeal of the 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz is its simple design. A pickup inspired by a car-like platform. Which means much better handling and a more pleasant experience.
Also putting on the agenda, the level of comfort similar to that of a crossover. Studies have also pointed out that its design provides significant savings and reduces excessive fuel consumption.
With a smaller bed compared to other pickup trucks, it looks more attractive than its competitors.
Its front features similarities to the new Hyundai Tucson, including the characteristic grille with integrated headlights. What makes it stand out in the crowd and fleeing the standards of its direct rivals, which bring more conservative designers.
The new Santa Cruz pickup may even be a little smaller, compared to the Ridgelinee and other pickups in the same segment, but that doesn't mean the car is cramped, this pickup accommodates five adults quietly and all in comfort.
Your cargo bucket will be one and a half meters long, which is not considered big, but can be very useful in everyday life. It features enough space and a cabin that has been very well designed.
With a very typical shape of the brand, the quality of the materials that this pickup was made, are really the top of the line, for sure this will be one of the main assets of Hyundai.
Apparently everything looks great, so inside the vehicle it couldn't be any different either.
The pickup will have an incredible multimedia kit with an 8-inch screen or an optional 10.3-inch screen. It also has the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto system.

The security system has been updated and we will be able to count on a good amount of resources. Anyway, the standards seen in this model are, forward collision warning, fully automatic emergency braking and warning if you leave lane.
The 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz pickup will have two engine options. The most basic version will use a 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder engine, producing up to 181 horsepower, which would already be great for everyday use. This engine will use an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Or if you're looking for something even stronger, you'll also have a new turbocharged, 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine, which will reach a maximum output of 275 hp and 311 pounds of torque.
Between the two engines there is a good difference in performance, we cannot say that it is due to the difference in power. The turbo engine comes with a dual-clutch transmission, which makes the shift much faster, providing a much more sporty ride.
We are looking forward to the launch of this Santa Cruz 2023, but it seems that it will only hit the market from February of next year. It still doesn't have any base of values, but here in Brazil it will always be more expensive.
