Toyota confirms New 2023 Corolla with 304 horsepower
The model was quoted for sales here in Brazil, the Toyota Corolla GR will be able to debut with a 304 hp engine.
The new Corolla 2023 will be made on the hatchback platform, and for the first time it will receive the GR kit.
So the car will come with an engine generating up to 304 horsepower with manual transmission.
With its hatch body, it will get the GR symbol and several more sporty accessories. Despite having the same engine as the GR Yaris, the Corolla is much more powerful.
With some information, we know that the sports model was quoted to sell here in Brazil. It can be imported, to further improve the dissemination of the Japanese brand.
With a 1.6 turbo engine with three cylinders, it will be able to generate up to 304 hp of power and 37.4 Kgfm of torque.
Two versions will be available for the Corolla GR, one is the Core and the other the special Circuit Edition.

In the Core configuration, the model is the default, normal Corolla. Already in the Circuit Edition configuration, it has a little more sportiness. The car will have a number of units to make, and its launch is scheduled for next year, 2023.
