Dodge Charger Blacktop: 2023 Edition

Dodge just launched the new 2023 Dodge Charge Blacktop Edition. With updates from the wheels, check out what's new!

THE dodge is shipping the current generation Charger in style for its final model year and, in addition to the 'Last Call' special editions, has just released a new Blacktop Special Edition for the Charger.

First reported by Mopar Insiders, the package adds $ 2,995 – a little over 15 thousand reais -, to the price of the Charger SXT RWD, SXT AWD, GT RWD and GT AWD variants.

While it certainly isn't cheap, it does bring with it a host of features that are sure to be welcomed by most Charger buyers.

For starters, it comes with 20×9-inch Granite Crystal Low Gloss wheels on the GT RWD and 20×8-inch Black Noise wheels on the SXT RWD, SXT AWD, and GT AWD.

And it doesn't stop here!

The Dodge Charger features all-speed traction control, a performance spoiler, 'GT' decklid badge, black exhaust tips, black Dodge grille badge and a Blacktop Special Edition badge.

The Dodge Charger also fits Brembo 4-piston calipers, flat bottom steering wheel, front splash guards, gloss black instrument panel trim rings, numerous carbon fiber accents throughout the interior.

In addition, it has two-piece wheel center caps, black mirror caps and satin black rear emblems.

2023 Dodge Charger SXT RWD models with the Blacktop Special Edition package also come standard with sport suspension.

As with all 2023 Dodge Charger models, those equipped with the Blacktop Special Package come standard with a commemorative 'Last Call' plaque under the hood, which also includes script reading 'Designed in Auburn Hills' and 'Assembled in Brampton'.

The Dodge Charger you see pictured below is currently for sale through Eastgate Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Indianapolis, Indiana and is finished in Sublime, a brilliant shade of green.

The emergence of this package occurs shortly after the dodge launch the last special edition of Challenger Last Call.

Recent teasers have suggested the car will be able to cover the quarter mile in 8.99 seconds and have a top speed of 215 mph (346 km/h).

So there's no denying that these updates and this new feature pack are irresistible!
